Better serving both employers, and workers in recovery, in addition to improving Ohio labor market outcomes is more readily attainable through a program synergy that includes TechCred, The Work Opportunity Tax Credit, and the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation Substance Use Recovery and Workplace Safety Program Grant. This synergy can assist employers in solving for current hiring needs, as well as improving the overall labor market in Ohio.
