Ohio is considered “ground zero” for the nationwide opioid epidemic. Join the presenters as they review the latest trends for opioids, compounds, specialty medications, and non-medication treatments as they relate to the workers’ comp industry. They compare Ohio treatment utilization to other states employers and review how current legislation is taking a stand on certain issues. The presenters also provide insight on how current trends may impact injured workers’ treatment looking forward.
