This session is for supervisors, managers, safety managers, owners, corporate officials and staffing agencies. The presenter identifies major inconsistencies between temporary staffed employees and employees directly employed by many companies, reviews responsibilities of the host employer and staffing agency and demonstrates best practices used by world-class companies. This interactive session gives participants a glimpse of what it is like to be a temporary employee.
